Finally updating my review for the latest skin-care product that I have received from the lovely team at SAMPLE STORE!
Just few pumps!
1/2 of my face is cleansed!
You know how sometimes we get home from work and want to head off to somewhere else again? My habit is to remove all make-up and re-apply all make-up again because I don't want my pores to be clogged up for that long with so much oil and dirt.
I can now remove my make-up easily, swiftly and steadily with no hesitation!

Biore has always been constantly launching new products that never fails to amaze me! This time, they have developed an even better product than the previous series!!
Biore Micellar Cleansing Water $18.90/300ml
What is so good about this newest make-up remover?
It is actually super lightweight and refreshing and it lifts of more makeup in one wipe!
After one-time usage, my skin actually feels clean and refreshed with no sticky after-feel!
Also, this product contains a watery micellar technology that effectively dissolves and lifts of all makeup including mascara and eyeliner. (I kid you not!) It is made up of natural mineral water from the Northern Japanese Alps (Wow!!) for a gentle and soothing formula.
All of us should know how collagen actually improves our skin's elasticity right? This product has enriched collagen and white tea extract for brighter, softer and suppler skin. It's anti-bacterial formula helps prevent pimples and breakouts, and minimizes pores for a clearer and more refined complexion!
Don't worry that it will not suit your skin because it is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin like MINE!
It is also very simple to use! Us ladies should know how frustrating it is to remove our make up after work and it is even more frustrating when we need to remove it several times with many sheets of cotton! However, with Biore Micellar Cleansing Water, one wipe would just do the trick!
Here are the simple instructions to follow:
(1)Pump an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad
(2)Use soaked cotton pad to gently wipe of makeup
(3) No rinsing required
(4) For eye makeup, place soaked cotton pad onto closed eyes and hold for 5 seconds before gently wiping it off.
(5) Repeat until all makeup is removed, and cotton pad is clean (Actually you can skip this step cause I managed to remove all make up with just 1 swipe!)

I am hyperventilating while writing this post because THE SAMPLE STORE has yet again sent me a SUPER DUPER amazing product from one of the biggest brands in Singapore!
Judging from the title, you all would already know that Bio-essence's latest product is one that many of us ladies here yearns for! To be fairer! Although I am already by far a very fair person, my face actually has a lot of dark spots, acne scars and uneven colouring and it is not something you can see from my photos because I put on make up and uses photo editing apps before publicizing them. *not ashamed*
I was sent these 2 items:
Bio-essence Tanaka White 4X Intensive White Serum - $45.80 / 30ml
Bio-essence Tanaka White Double Whitening Day Cream SPF 20 - $29.80 / 50g
What makes this new series so special???
The Bio-essence Tanaka White with 4X (YES, 4X!!!) Intensive White Serum comes with Alpha-Arbutin. Why is Alpha-Arbutin good? It is actually a whitening ingredient that is 9X more powerful the previous Beta-Arbutin!!! (This is typically found in most whitening products in the market)
Who doesn't love improved versions? And what more it is now 9 times better!! What a good deal!
How can this 9x more powerful ingredient actually help? Well, it is specially formulated to better address dark spots and uneven skin tone. (Exactly what I am facing!!!)
It is also super easy to use! Just press the top after you unscrew the cap and voila, you can now apply!
I have never tried a product that is so surreal! The effects actually appears within 4 days but I tried it for a week before posting this up!
As for the Bio-essence Tanaka White Double Whitening Day Cream, it is an extra boost for my skin! It comes with SPF20! And don't we all just love skincare that comes with SPF? We love our skin that much but we also love the sun sometimes =( So products like these to the rescue!!!
It comes with Tanaka Extract so this ingredient in this product actually shields our skin from external pollutants and also keeps our skin cool and moisturized under the hot weather! I use it as a make-up base and my skin feels super supple even after a long day outside!
Let me sidetrack a little...
Do you all know how the name Tanaka originated?
Tanaka (also known as Thanakha) has a rich history in Myanmar. It is a traditional whitening secret adored by females in Myanmar for more than 2000 years. It is used in daily life, as well as in ceremonies where face paintings bear cultural significance of nobility and purity.

WORLD CUP 2014 is finally over.
How badly have we tortured our bodies and our skin and our eyes to stay up till the wee hours just to see 20 over men chase after a ball?
Our eyes are the strongest through this whole World Cup saga and I feel so bad for making it so tired! For this whole month I have been juggling work + school + blogging and all this is only possible because my eyes don't give in to fatigue!!

Hi guys! Sorry for the disappearance and I know that you know that a lot has been going on in my life and I am finally back to do a product review on the most awesome eye make up EVER!!!!!
Lovely people from SAMPLE STORE has sent me loads of products to review and I still have many parcels awaiting for me to try them on! Super excited, grateful and blessed to be one of them!
Majolica Majorca Lash King $25.90
This mascara is seriously AMAZING. I have had used SO MANY mascaras in my life and I dare say that this is really awesome.
Why?
- It blends the eyelashes really quickly and easily.
- It does not clump up after applying and this is one thing that a lot of mascaras CANNOT achieve.
- It is smudge-proof because I always subconsciously rubs my eye during the day and it did not for once came off.
-BUT... It is easily removable with make-up remover! I used to blacken my whole eye area after removing my make up so this product really is wonderful and it does not harm my eyes at all!
I am not a fan of fake eye-lashes(actually I am a noob when it comes to putting them on lah) so I really need mascaras to enhance and brighten up my eyes for work, a date or just some fun!
This is me before trying out both the products. I look cheerful but my eyes looks tired and there is no sparkle at all!
This mascara contains 5mm super long fibers so it not only allows you to achieve maximum length, but also maximum volume and fullness with just a single coat. This waterproof formula is also very resistant to sweat, sebum and tears.
It is also formulated with creamy wax and an increased amount of volume-increasing powder for superb lash adhesion and a clump-free and smooth finishing touch
What I really adore is that it contains gentle treatment ingredients for your lashes - Macadamia Nuts Oil, Vitamin E Derivative!!
The acrobat catch brush coats the lashes evenly and ensures excellent lash catching and separation effect.
PRETTY LASHES ARE SOOOO easily achievable now!
Majolica Majorca Perfect Automatic Liner $22.90
Have you all ever used such a pretty eyeliner before? I have always been using boring black and brown eyeliners and sometimes it really gets a bit un-interesting.
Fret not, now you can have PINK eyeliner!!!
The water-based dial-type eye liner allows you to easily draw fine, delicate lines or thick, bold lines with its felt pen bristles. Entice with a shimmering pearl color on your eye line!
It is formulated with super fix polymer to give clear and long-lasting eye lines, which is very resistant to perspiration, skin oils and tears.
Achieve dewy eyes by drawing on the lower lid or a shimmery effect by drawing on the upper lid.
